Athavan Radio in the Athavan Media Network is celebrating its 6th anniversary today. Athavan has secured its position as the only Radio broadcasted on DAB among all the Tamil Radios in the UK.

During these challenging times in which the Tamil Media spectrum is facing its biggest challenges in the Tamil Diaspora, the leadership and the support given by the Chairman and founder of the Lyca Group Dr Subaskaran Allirajah have enabled us to overcome the obstacles we have faced. Heartfelt gratitude of mine and the Athavan Media Network’s staff will always go to him.

In addition, deputy chairman Prem Sivasami, the Top Management & the Chairman office have given their fullest support to us whenever necessary.
